Located in the hotel’s main complex overlooking Lundarvatnet Lake, the restaurant offers a fine dining experience rooted in sustainability and culinary craftsmanship.

Chef Lukasz and the team craft menus inspired by the seasons, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients from the Voss and Westland region. Each dish reflects the availability of regional produce, ensuring a true taste of nature throughout the year.

Wine Pairing

A selection of perfectly matched wine is offered for all meals in addition to local beer and Cider from Hardanger and beautiful alcohol-free alternatives.

  • 3 and 5 Course Menus can be booked up to 4pm on the day of service.
  • 7 Course Tasting Menu must generally be booked 24 hours in advance
